We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Administrative Specialist on site in . This position will play a crucial role in handling various administrative and accounting-related tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial operations and overall office efficiency.
Your Impact:
- Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing checks
- Sort and distribute accounting-related mail promptly
- Daily trips to local post office for mailing of confidential material
- Responsible for Fed Ex and UPS deliveries and account
- Liaison for printer, postage meter, supplies etc.
- Prepare and process Notice of Cancellations for Policies
- Maintain and update distribution lists for internal communications
- Coordinate and schedule meetings efficiently as requested by management
- Update and maintain the company portal with relevant information for accounting teams
Successful Candidates will have:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an accounting or finance environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an insurance related environment preferred

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $45,000.00 - $60,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
