As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:  

  • Greet agency visitors.

  • Set up and maintain agency files (i.e., contacts and funding applications)

  • Ensure all forms and supplies are kept updated, neat in appearance, and that an adequate supply is always available.

  • Type agency correspondence, forms, reports, meeting minutes, case notes, thank you notes etc.

  • Take minutes at various agency meetings.

Administrative Assistant Pay Rate: $ 20.00/hour



Administrative Assistant Schedule: 35 hours per week - Monday through Friday 8AM to 4PM


Qualifications:  

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working with: Excel and Microsoft Products
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle
