A Brief Overview
Performs administrative and general office duties including file maintenance, mail distribution, and reception for a single unit or location. Follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) to execute routine business support tasks for the respective office function under general supervision.
What you will do
- Handles greeting clients, answering and forwarding phone calls, and managing the flow of communication in the office.
- Provides administrative support to the business by managing office supplies and equipment, preparing reports, and organizing meetings.
- Provides a vital role in the efficient operation of the office and ensures a professional and welcoming experience for all members, clients, and visitors.
- Communicates internally and externally answering phone calls and responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and meetings to ensure consistent office operations.
- Monitors departmental project expenditures, processes, and tracks purchase orders and invoices, audits and corrects errors to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures of the organization.
- Receive and process forms, applications, and other materials to assure compliance with established procedures, policies, and regulations.
- Prepares travel arrangements, maintains records of itineraries, compiles travel expense reports and travel vouchers
- Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others promoting a safe, ethical, and professional team environment.
- Performs reviews in accordance with established procedures to ensure the organization complies with relevant regulations.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$21.10 - $49.08This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
