Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Adminstrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional dependability, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, unwavering integrity, and a proactive approach to ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a strong attention to detail
  • Manage confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation systems for easy retrieval and accuracy
  • Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and logistics
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues to support daily operations
  • Assist with project management and process improvements to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated dependability and ability to handle responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
