Your Challenge
EXP is seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Celebration, FL area.
 

Your Responsibilities
•    Perform basic contract administration functions for civil transportation projects
•    Import information into SCOC
•    Reads and comprehends contract documents
•    Keep inspectors’ daily reports of assigned work activities
•    Assist the Contract Support Specialist with records of Contract Documents 
 

The Skills and Knowledge You Bring
•    High School Diploma is Required/College Diploma is preferred but not required. Entry Level position. 
•    Candidates must be able to exercise independent judgment in planning work details and making technical decisions related to the office aspects of the project.
•    Candidates must be proficient in all computer programs required to perform the duties of this position.
•    MS Word / Excel software proficiency required.
