What You'll Do
- Manage office communications by answering, screening, and routing phone calls, emails, and staff pages
- Maintain organized files, work order systems, access fobs, uniforms, and departmental supplies
- Process invoices, vendor receipts, and purchase records accurately and on time
- Support internal and external customers with professional, friendly service while maintaining confidentiality
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office operations while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED, required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, required
- Proficient in Typing, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experienced in file maintenance, required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work well within a team, required
