Provide front-office support including phone/email triage, file and supply maintenance, invoice and vendor processing, scheduling, data entry, and customer service while handling multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Supervise evening nursing staff in a long-term care facility, manage clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, respond to emergencies, monitor resident conditions, document care, communicate with families and clinicians, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Provide on-site community nursing for residents, conduct start-of-care and follow-up assessments, complete OASIS documentation, support private duty services, participate in on-call rotation, mentor clinical staff, and ensure compliance with home health regulations, infection control, and ACHC standards.

Provide nursing care in an assisted living community: administer medications and treatments, monitor vitals and conditions, assist with personal care, update care plans with staff, and respond to resident emergencies. PRN role requiring nights/evenings/weekends availability.

Create and maintain staffing schedules for SNF, Assisted Living, and Skilled Care; manage time-off, call-outs, and attendance; update OnShift; monitor timekeeping and compliance records; prepare staffing reports; serve as primary contact and provide administrative support; assist nursing/CNA duties as needed.
