You'd Be Hard to Replace

The Financial Center isn't a call center or a back-office operation. We're a boutique firm where we build real relationships with clients, and need someone who gets why that matters. You'll be the person clients hear when they call, the one coordinating their onboarding, the first point of contact who sets the tone for how we treat people.

This role is about making our lives easier so we can focus on serving clients better. You'll handle the details, solve the problems, and keep things running smoothly. If you've worked in financial services and actually enjoyed the client-facing parts more than the back-office parts, this might be exactly the role you're looking for.

What You'll Actually Do

You'll manage the day-to-day operations that keep client relationships strong. That means answering phones and emails, coordinating client appointments and meetings, and handling the paperwork side of onboarding new clients alongside our advisory team. You'll pull together client files, process account paperwork, prepare mailings, and keep our data accurate and organized.

You'll also be the person clients interact with when they have questions or concerns. You'll follow up on their requests, keep track of what we've promised, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. In a smaller firm like this, you'll see the full picture of what our clients need, and you'll have a real voice in how we deliver on it.

On the operational side, you will keep our systems running smoothly, and help coordinate workflows across the team. You'll stay on top of what services we offer so you can speak intelligently with clients about what we can do for them.

RequirementsWho You Are

You're organized and detail-oriented. Checklists aren't busywork to you—they're how you make sure nothing gets missed. You care about accuracy and you follow through on commitments.

You're genuinely client-focused. You don't just process requests; you think about what clients actually need and how to make their experience better. You ask good questions, you listen, and you solve problems instead of passing them along.

You work well in a team. We're small and collaborative here. You're someone who pitches in, communicates clearly, and makes your coworkers' jobs easier. We are like a small family.

You're tech-savvy and adaptable. You pick up new systems quickly and you're not afraid to ask for help when you need it. You bring ideas to the table on how we could do things better.

You're open to learning. Whether it's financial services concepts, specific software, or the story behind why a client relationship matters, you're genuinely interested in getting better at your job.

BenefitsWhat You Get

Base salary: $42,000 to $54,000 depending on experience.

Benefits: 401(k) with a 3% employer match, 14 days PTO, healthcare allowance, and real growth potential as the role expands and the firm grows.

Culture: A small, professional team that takes the work seriously, but have fun doing so. You'll know your coworkers. You'll know our clients. Your work will make a difference.
