Kendall Ford of Bozeman is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. As part of the Kendall Auto Group, one of the largest family-owned and operated dealership groups in the Pacific Northwest, you'll become part of a company that values integrity, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to dealership management and department staff.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain dealership records and documents.
  • Process paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with customer communications and follow-up.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed.
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
  • Coordinate dealership meetings, events, and special projects.
  • Provide administrative support to accounting, sales, and service departments as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company and employee information.
  • Assist with other administrative duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn dealership management software and adapt to new technology.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and a willingness to support the entire team.
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
