JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Hong Kong Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Client Officer (CCO), playing a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a globally recognised organisation, working closely with senior leadership within Hong Kong Office and gaining valuable exposure to business operations.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Hong Kong CEO and CCO.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate internal/external meetings, and support business activities, including venue booking and preparation of materials.
  • Arrange travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and transportation as required.
  • Handle expense management, invoice processing and approvals.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including data entry, correspondence management etc.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide support for marketing activities.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

  • Diploma or above in related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a similar capacity. Prior exposure in the insurance industry is an advantage
  • Some marketing experience is a plus but not essential
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence communicating comfortably with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Strong organisational skills with a high degree of reliability and attention to detail
