Job Description Role Summary The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of office operations. This is an entry-level role suited to an organized, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and support a busy team. The ideal candidate will handle scheduling, correspondence, record-keeping, and general office support tasks with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems • Prepare, format, and proofread routine documents, letters, and reports • Order and manage office supplies and inventory • Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression of the company • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records/databases • Support the planning and coordination of internal meetings and events • Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant staff • Perform other general administrative duties as assigned by management
