Administrative Assistant (Temporary)

Unilever Prestige consists of eight companies worldwide: Dermalogica, Murad, Living Proof, Hourglass, Garancia, Tatcha, Paula’s Choice, and most recently K18.
Dermalogica is a global leader in the professional skin care industry. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in a temporary capacity. This professional will report to the Senior General Counsel of Dermalogica with responsibilities to include:

Record keeping.

Maintain all records and files; send contracts out for signature; collect signed docs and file.

Assist in managing contractual relationships, renewals, terminations, and filing.

Distributor contracts and amendments.

Lease contracts, inquiries, and amendments.

Retailer and vendor contracts and amendments.

Ecommerce compliance:
-
Initial evaluation and continuous monitoring of authorized websites for compliance with all website requirements, including privacy notices, cookie notices, autorenewal requirements, and similar items.

Social media compliance, including music licensing.

Process all invoices for the department at both Dermalogica and K18, such as receiving, verifying invoices, tracking and recording purchase orders and submitting for payment processing.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree desirable

Successful experiences working in a corporate setting

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

Excellent organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Active listener who is service oriented

Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, pleasant and respectful demeanor

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, confidential, and proprietary business information with absolute discretion

Self-motivated
This position will be based out of the Dermalogica corporate headquarters in Carson, CA with applicable hybrid in-office work guidelines.
The expected hourly rate is $28.00 per hour.
