Job Title: Senior Admin Assistant- GI
Work Schedule: Full-Time/ Hybrid. 3-4 days on campus and the days could vary so we need flexibility. Hours are 7:30am-4pm
What you will do:
Under general direction, perform routine and advanced administrative duties requiring considerable skill and in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. Scheduling appointments for patients. Managing outlook calendars for providers. Appeal denied claims for insurance.
What you will need:

High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).

Five years of administrative experience (healthcare preferred)

Epic or EHR experience preferred.

Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children's values and support our mission and vision.

Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.

Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
