- Support academic operations by maintaining syllabi and final exam files, creating administrative documents, and coordinating with the Registrar and Admissions offices.
- Assist division leadership with monitoring budgets, ordering instructional supplies, tracking expenditures, and coordinating purchasing.
- Supervise work‑study students, including timesheet coordination and maintaining salary expenditure records.
- Serve as Building Captain for the Bishop Gerber Science Center, acting as the safety liaison and point of contact for emergency response procedures and drills.
- Initiate and track facilities and maintenance work orders for the Bishop Gerber Science Center.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
- Minimum of one year of office or administrative experience.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Preferred experience supporting science‑related academic or professional environments.
