ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST
White Oak Manor Tryon – Tryon, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | 80 Hours Per Pay Period
Range of Pay: $17-$20 per hour (this is a non-exempt position)
What You'll Do:As the first point of contact for our facility, you'll help create a welcoming and professional experience for residents, families, visitors, and team members. Responsibilities include:
• Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Greeting visitors, applicants, vendors, and guests
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail, UPS, FedEx, and certified mailings
• Supporting corporate office and department leaders with typing, correspondence, reports, and meeting materials
• Maintaining office equipment, supplies, and postage systems
• Assisting Accounts Receivable with billing forms and filing
• Coordinating consultant schedules and apartment availability lists
• Maintaining phone system information and office records
• Ordering office and breakroom supplies
• Performing additional administrative duties as assigned
• High school diploma required
• Business office, administrative, or commercial office experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy situations
• Proficiency with office equipment, computers, and general office software
