Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST

Trinity Health at Home is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential clerical and administrative support to our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of departmental functions and supporting our mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in the home setting.

What You Will Do:

  • Support assigned staff with documentation, data processing, and report preparation.

  • Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage calendars.

  • Maintain office files and supplies, and operate standard office equipment.

  • Screen and prioritize phone calls and mail, and edit outgoing correspondence.

  • Assist with special projects, departmental communications, and interdepartmental coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Trinity Health policies.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous quality improvement and customer service excellence.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in areas such as payroll, HR, and departmental reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • At least two years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Telephone skills, and the ability to operate office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, personal computer and printers

  • Strong typing, proofreading, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and adapt quick to changes
