Provides assistance to the Director of the Center for the Arts, providing support to academic and enrichment programming

Handles event set-up and break down, submits work orders,

Manages Box Office and work study students for staffing events

Attends most events as a house manager to handle ticketing and customer service (greet and answer questions or concerns)

Creates promotional materials and content for social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, EMMA, online calendar along with press releases

Assists with on-line systems including, using Workday, School Dude, Etrieve, and EMS, Eventbrite, and with general office tasks including word processing, data entry, mailings, and filing.

Helps with general maintenance and organization of the center, including classrooms, studios, theaters, galleries

Assists with space usage-scheduling tunings, rehearsals, performances, installations, receptions

Assists with duties related to academic programming and events such as placing signage, ordering food, parking requests and sometimes attending events as a greeter/host/assistant/box office attendant

Acts as the first point of contact for the School and Center

Performs other duties as required to meet the needs of the School and the College
