Provide technical support for theatrical productions, concerts, rehearsals, and events: set up, operate, and strike lighting, audio, staging, and scenic elements; assist with scenic construction, maintenance, projection/video, and emerging production technologies; work evenings/weekends and lead student crew when assigned.

Manage on-site execution of weddings at an oceanfront estate: oversee setup, ceremony and reception management, vendor coordination, beverage service, supervise event staff, troubleshoot issues, and participate in pre-event planning. Must work evenings/weekends during June–August and maintain high customer service and operational standards.

Lead the launch, growth, and daily operations of a new Criminal Justice graduate program. Oversee curriculum development, faculty supervision, program assessment/accreditation, recruitment, enrollment, retention, and teach two graduate courses annually. Manage adjunct faculty hiring/training, coordinate cross-program concentrations (Homeland Security, Cybersecurity), and represent the College through scholarship and community engagement.

Design and produce print and digital marketing materials, manage the Schools website and social media, support branding and integrated campaigns, prepare exhibition graphics, and coordinate multiple projects from concept to production while maintaining institutional brand standards.

Lead recruiting, evaluation, and enrollment for an assigned undergraduate territory (Connecticut). Develop territory strategies, conduct school visits and events, review applications holistically in Slate, recommend admission and scholarship decisions, maintain applicant communications, liaise with campus partners, and travel extensively during recruitment cycles to meet enrollment goals.

Teach undergraduate Exercise Science and Kinesiology courses (24 credits/year), advise up to 25 students, participate in accreditation, curriculum development, and college service, engage in scholarship and professional development, maintain office hours, and assist with internships. 9-month appointment; doctoral degree preferred and 2–5 years college-level teaching experience expected.
