Provides academic and operational leadership for undergraduate business programs. Oversees course scheduling, assessment, faculty recruitment and supervision, student advising and success, administrative staff, budget support, policy compliance, and experiential learning operations. Collaborates with college offices to improve recruitment, retention, degree completion, and program quality. Supervises faculty and staff while supporting strategic planning, data-informed decisions, and community engagement.

Supports Workday ERP, SIS, and ancillary enterprise applications by gathering requirements, configuring business processes, coordinating projects, testing solutions, validating data, troubleshooting issues, and managing documentation. The role partners with campus stakeholders to improve business processes, translates needs into workflows and specifications, monitors project deliverables, triages Freshservice tickets, and provides application support. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week on campus and participation in major college events.

Lead the launch, growth, and daily operations of a new Criminal Justice graduate program. Oversee curriculum development, faculty supervision, program assessment/accreditation, recruitment, enrollment, retention, and teach two graduate courses annually. Manage adjunct faculty hiring/training, coordinate cross-program concentrations (Homeland Security, Cybersecurity), and represent the College through scholarship and community engagement.
