Job Description
CrossBoundary is recruiting an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail.

- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Excellent customer service skills
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Possess driver's licence and vehicle
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming environment; manage meeting room bookings and coordinate refreshments for guests.
- Process and direct mail, incoming packages, and coordinate courier services to ensure timely inbound and outbound deliveries, including office shipments, swag items, and team care packages.
- Support daily office needs including ordering and managing office groceries, stationery, and general supplies.
- Perform various administrative tasks for the Finance team in Mauritius, such as filing, typing, and organizing documents.
- Arrange meetings, conferences, and travel; maintain individual schedules and make travel bookings as required.
- Assist with the new office fit-out and ensure basic facilities (e.g., water, heating) are well-maintained.
- Organize team events, including lunches and annual gatherings.
- Perform occasional driving tasks, such as delivering documents to our management company.
- Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment by coordinating maintenance, repairs, and tracking inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating the needs of others and addressing queries related to office management.
