Supports transaction advisory engagements and regional landscape assessments through market research, competitive analysis, financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, database management, presentations, stakeholder communications, and transaction reporting. The intern collaborates with Analysts and Associates, attends project and business development meetings, and assists with investment facilitation activities across Latin America.

Leads transaction and strategic advisory engagements for power and infrastructure projects in frontier markets. Responsibilities include project finance execution, financial modeling, fundraising, risk allocation, financial close support, business development, client coverage, team leadership, proposal development, stakeholder engagement, and project reporting. The role also supports clean power strategy, including roadmaps and capital maps, while coordinating global teams and implementation partners.

Own and improve the organization's security posture across cloud, endpoint, identity, data, network, and application layers. Design and operate secure Azure/AWS infrastructure, manage Intune and endpoint tooling, implement zero-trust controls, run incident response and risk assessments, automate deployments with scripting and IaC, and lead security awareness training.
