POSITION SUMMARY
Provides support to management to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Records and maintains real property liens according to applicable county and state requirements and follows for clear title in accordance with the credit approval.
- Records and maintains collateral liens on titled collateral.
- Performs annual notification of potential buyers in order to maintain collateral perfection on crops/livestock.
- Processes lien releases in accordance with all collateral release policies, including logging and tracking status. Researches and prepares all applicable documentation to effectuate the release of collateral.
- Tracks for acknowledgement of life insurance assignments and follows up semi-annually to ensure the assignments remain in place.
- Completes assigned weekly and monthly reports in a timely and efficient manner.
- Works with lenders to obtain the needed items to clear documentation exceptions.
- Prepares and images loan files. Indexes the imaged documents and ensures the accuracy of the customer information.
- Files all legal documents and ensures they are filed properly in the mail room.
- Coordinates the efficient operations of the department/region by maintaining confidential and general files, scheduling daily tasks and performing necessary clerical duties relevant to the assigned area.
- Completes assigned compliance training related to the position.
- Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.
- One (1) or more years of commercial or consumer loan experience preferred.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in an office environment preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office software (ie., Excel, Word) is essential.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and courtesy.
- Maintains good records and file management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

The employee is occasionally required to stoop or kneel. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
