The Administrative Assistant I or II is responsible for providing support to a dedicated group and/or for one or more leaders. This role will perform a variety of assignments requiring clerical knowledge, customer focus, computer skills, creativity and the ability to multitask!
Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Provides administrative and clerical support, including work of a confidential nature
- Responds to inquiries from internal and external business partners
- Assists in the technical and functional services of the department by providing support on projects, invoice management, preparing documents for approval, monitoring data, and reporting
- Maintains cost center data and analysis
- Other duties as assigned
- Oversees daily scheduling, maintenance, and tracking of office pool vehicles
- Ensures all vehicles are safe, properly maintained, registered, and fully compliant with local regulatory standards while optimizing availability for staff use
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum two (2) years’ experience in general office, clerical or administrative support

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills

- Proactive and self-motivated professional who takes initiative to anticipate needs, streamline processes, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Preferred: Experience using Oracle financial systems
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of SharePoint
