Job Title: Administrative Assistant FT

Location: Prince George's County Facility

We offer a range of services, including psychiatry, addiction recovery, and mental disorder treatment, enabling clients at all stages of recovery to reclaim their health and well-being.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer all calls through appropriate call queues.
  • Resolve questions from callers or route calls to the appropriate site/department.
  • Complete all documentation in EMR and marketing systems related to calls.
  • Conduct initial prescreening and determine appropriateness for scheduling based on exclusionary guidelines.
  • Schedule new and returning patients appropriately in the EMR system.
  • Complete follow-up duties to resolve outstanding issues and finalize scheduling of LOCA for new/returning patients.
  • Perform outbound call duties related to calls or assigned tasks (voicemails, faxes, web submissions, team email monitoring).
  • Maintain performance related to KPIs and quality review measures.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three years of previous administrative experience, with at least two years in a medical setting, is required.
