Seeking an experienced full-time Administrative Assistant for the Executive Administrative office suite to be responsible for front desk reception, greeting and assisting guests and colleagues. Will also assist leadership, departments and the team with scheduling, administrative tasks and projects as needed. Hours are Mon. - Fri. 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Qualifications:
Time management - prioritization and organizational skills; ability and willingness to plan, organize and accomplish tasks accurately and in a timely manner, to exercise sound judgment under pressure and to manage multiple and competing activities simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills - ability to demonstrate diplomacy and tact, compose, spell, edit/proof, use appropriate grammar, and to relate in an appropriate interpersonal manner with all levels and types of individuals in a manner that earns credibility, respect, confidence and generates mutual support.
Administrative, organizational skills - strong knowledge of organizational dynamics and administrative procedures and protocols. Ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and flexibility to cope with ambiguity, time constraints, and other daily stressors in an effective and appropriate manner. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with highly sensitive information.
Good computer and general office skills - advanced proficiency with a variety of communication tools including MS Office, Outlook (e-mail, Intranet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications, etc.) required to perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to learn new applications. Knowledge of general office equipment such as copier, printers, and fax machines, to facilitate operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma
3 – 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, equivalent experience or training
Professionalism, good communication and customer-service skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
