Provides administrative support for agronomy, feed, and propane operations by answering phones, processing billing paperwork, generating invoices and bills of lading, tracking inventory, handling mailings and transfers, and assisting with daily operational tasks such as fertilizer mixing, product loading, and preventive maintenance. Delivers customer service and performs other assigned duties.

Responsibilities of the Position:
- Answer and direct phone calls for the location
- Process paperwork for billing
- Generate invoices, transfers and bill of ladings
- Track inventories
- Customer mailings, intercompany transfers
- Assist with daily operational tasks (i.e. mixing fertilizer, loading product for customers, preventive maintenance, etc.)
- All other related duties assigned
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have good communication and computer skills
- Be able to sit for long periods of time
- Be able to have good hand and finger dexterity
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
