As an Administrative Assistant (Accounts Payable), you will support the facility by handling administrative tasks, with a focus on accounts payable and general office support. This role is essential to maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage accounts payable invoices and payments
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
- Support business office operations and administrative tasks
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all records
- Assist with additional office duties as assigned
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred
- Prior administrative or accounting support experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Compassion for an underserved population
