Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant works with the Contract Manager in the performance of administrative functions to include but not limited to:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform the daily process as defined in team process documentation complete internal process for transferring employees, newly hired employees, and termination via Personal Action Forms (PAFs)
- Identify/escalate issues to appropriate leadership and partner with other functional units to drive resolution.
- Maintain uniform inventory, ordering as needed, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Manage ongoing maintenance, inspections, and regulatory renewals for an 11-vehicle fleet to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
- Accountable for additional ad hoc projects as needed to resolve larger issues outside normal scope of team’s daily process.
- Oversee scheduling and dispatch escalations, resolving coverage issues and ensuring timely operational response.
- Collaborate with Recruiting to manage the timely opening and closing of requisitions, ensuring alignment with staffing and operational requirements.
- Be a problem solver - Tackle issues that involve people, things, and processes by using logic, common sense and data. Identify the root cause of a problem as opposed to focusing on the symptoms.
- Act as super user and assist in training of other team members to support growth of Salesforce skill sets within multiple divisions.
- Assists security staff with a variety of administrative processes on an as needed basis.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer software skills to include, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience with electronic HR system software desired.
