The Administration Trainee is responsible for supporting the different positions that make up the Administration and Financial Department, focusing on the following tasks: accounts payable functions, filing, and delivery services.

Responsibilities and Duties• To be responsible for the fulfillment of the payment process to the Company's suppliers.• To prepare and monitor the payments to the Company's suppliers.• To be responsible for the physical and digital filing of all the documentation related to his/her Area. • To be responsible for the accounting registration of diverse Company expenses.• To carry out bank procedures and other administrative procedures.• To participate in the monthly accounting closing process.• Scope: REGIONAL RequirementsEducation• Beginner or intermediate university students of the Business Administration or Accounting courses.Experience• Previous internship at another company in the Administration Area, going through the different tasks of the job.Knowledge• Use of Office Package.• Use of management systems.
