PAY: $13.50 an hour
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a high school diploma/GED and/or Vocational secretaries training or trade school. Must have proficiency in word processing. Requires demonstrated language and spelling skills and knowledge of efficient office procedures. Experience in multi-phone line system with good communication skills and postage machines is preferred. Experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Process all incoming/outgoing mail including mail records.
- Issue Tribal vehicles keys to employees and maintain mileage log.
- Record Maintenance request log.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Complete any other duties as assigned by the immediate/controlling supervisor.
Skills Required
