Your Opportunity 

Join a team that helps make a difference in the lives of people with disability. As an Administration Officer, you’ll provide high-quality reception and administrative support to our NDIS teams.

You will be the first point of contact for participants, families, carers, visitors and stakeholders, creating a welcoming and professional experience while ensuring our teams have the support they need to deliver positive outcomes.

This is a full-time, maximum-term contract opportunity until 30 June 2027, working across our Noarlunga and Keswick offices. You will manage reception, coordinate office administration, handle sensitive information with confidentiality, and support the smooth operation of our sites.

You will have the opportunity to build positive relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a person-centred environment that supports people with disabilities. You will need to be flexible and able to work across both locations each week, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to

  • Provide high-quality administrative, reception and customer service support to enable effective NDIS service delivery.

  • Act as a professional first point of contact for participants, families, visitors and stakeholders, responding to enquiries with care, confidentiality and discretion.

  • Maintain accurate records, databases and administrative systems in line with organisational policies and requirements.

  • Support managers and teams with coordination of meetings, correspondence, reports, scheduling and general administrative tasks.

  • Manage office operations, including supplies, assets, facilities, and day-to-day administrative requirements across sites.

  • Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support efficient service delivery and positive outcomes.

Requirements for Success 

  • Relevant qualification in Administration, Business or a related field (desirable), or equivalent experience.

  • Previous experience providing administration, reception or secretarial support in a complex service environment.

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with participants, staff and stakeholders.

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.

  • Resilience, adaptability and the ability to navigate change while remaining focused and solutions oriented.

  • Strong digital proficiency, with confidence using Microsoft Office, databases and administrative systems.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

  • Ability to meet NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIA onboarding requirements.

  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence with no restrictions.

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
