The Role
We’re seeking a proactive and organised Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative support across the business. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in supporting service and sales teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
  • Provide administrative support to service and sales teams
  • Process customer orders, invoices, and service job cards
  • Raise service work orders from phone, email, or system requests
  • Maintain accurate client, equipment, and contract databases
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients to coordinate service requests
  • Generate purchase orders and assist with reporting requirements
  • Support compliance with contractual and documentation requirements
  • Assist in resolving customer queries and issues efficiently
 
Your Education, Experience & Skills
  • Minimum Year 12 education (essential)
  • Experience in a similar administrative or customer service role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Intermediate Excel and general computer skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
