Join our friendly and dedicated team at the Ramsay Consulting Suites, located in the Caboolture Medical Hub, Caboolture Private Hospital and Bribie Island. We are seeking a motivated professional Administration Officer to support our visiting medical specialists and their patients within our Sessional Rooms.

About You

To thrive in this position, you should be an eager individual with a strong passion for customer service.  You are a highly organised, enthusiastic professional, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be a well-presented individual who possesses highly developed communication skills, is flexible and excels in a multi-disciplined team environment.

You will also bring;

• Strong computer literacy and skills using Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of Medicare, DVA, Workcover is an advantage
• Knowledge of cloud-based programs Genie, Gentu and Clinic to Cloud would be an advantage but we are happy to train the right candidate.
• Ability to complete tasks in designated timeframes
• Ability to work autonomously

Remuneration: On offer is an hourly rate of $32.44 - $33.83 + superannuation, based on experience. 

• Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
• According to the role, Ramsay may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
