Job Description

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time role working 45 hours per fortnight.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Perform general office/clerical duties in the Training & Development department
  • Coordinate participant bookings for internal education sessions including participation lists and cancellations
  • Data entry of study day attendance and competencies onto MyLearning
  • Assists with organisation of hospital orientation
  • Process all JHC External Study Leave applications including payments and reimbursements
  • Manage and update the Training and Development SharePoint pages including Manual Handling, Orientation, External Study Leave

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Your strong administration skillset, attention to detail and accuracy will be key to this role as will your ability to manage conflicting priorities working in a fast-paced environment.

You will also bring:

  • Comprehensive clerical / administrative experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Flexible attitude with ability to use initiative, self-motivation and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Intermediate computer skills, experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience with SharePoint (desirable)

Additional Information

  • Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
