Job Description

You will work within the Patient Services & Administration team, providing high-quality administrative and theatre scheduling support. This role combines front-line reception and administration duties with dedicated theatre scheduling responsibilities, requiring strong organisational capability, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate complex procedural lists.

You will also be confident in delegating tasks to other administration staff to ensure patient, clinical services, and visitor responsibilities are completed efficiently and accurately.

You will bring:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain good working relations with others
  • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability to maintain strictest confidence
  • High level of competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience in a hospital or medical practice (desirable)
  • Meditech experience (desirable)
