Your opportunity
We’re currently looking for an Administration & Controllolling Manager for our Flexible Packaging Italian Site in Carbonara Scrivia (AL). In this position, you will be responsible for supervision on Accountancy, Fiscal topics and statutory Financial Statements, but also producing reports, managing monthly Forecasting and annual Budgeting process.
You will report to the Business Controller, Financial Planning & Analysis and be part of the Administration, Finance & Controlling Team and having frequent contacts with colleagues at the German Site.

You will be located at our site in Carbonara Scrivia (AL) and you should be within reasonable commuting distance from here.
What you’ll be doing
Administration
- supervision on Account Receivables, Account Payables, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Cash and Banks (with ERP Oracle, e-business suite, R12);
- supervision personnel costs accounting;
- relationship management with Fiscal, Taxation and Legal Consultants and Auditors;
- Statutory Financial Statements under local GAAP (subject to Audit);
Controlling – Reporting
- Monthly Statements and related analysis for Group Controlling dept. under IFRS GAAP (with a dedicated Set of Books and General Ledger in Oracle);
- Knowledge of OneStream XF or HFM (as Reporting and Consolidation system);
- Management of monthly Forecasting and annual Budgeting process;
- Industrial Accounting management and periodic review of Standard Costs;
- Capex Expenditure Procedure
What you’ll bring to the role
- The skills deriving from your Master Degree in Economy
- At least 5 year experience in the role in a multinational company
- Fluent English
- Good analysis skills
- Ability to work in Teams and to collaborate with colleagues and with other functions and interact with other sites in case
