Your opportunity
Part- Time - 20 hours per week, Monday- Friday, 8am-12pm Glebe
Based at St Johns Village (Glebe), you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Retirement Living facility. This position will see you delivering high-quality administrative and reception services while providing a friendly, professional, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
Manage the office, answer enquiries, and greet residents, visitors, and contractors
Provide high-quality administrative support including record-keeping, filing, and mail distribution
Assist with basic financial processes, including petty cash and reconciliations
Organise meetings, events, and tours for prospective residents
Maintain accurate databases and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Assist with social events and activities for residents
What you’ll bring
You will also need:
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in administration or customer service
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Empathy, patience, and professionalism when engaging with older residents
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Ideally, you may have:
Experience in aged care, retirement living, or a similar environment
Driver’s licence preferred
