We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within the Company and to be an integral part of a team that delivers the contractual services of the Cornwall Council – “Waste and Recycling Collection, Street and Public Open Space Cleansing Services Contract” to a consistently high standard.

Reporting to the Business Manager for the depot, the role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations Team and team lead the operational administrators based at the depot to ensure all administration duties and responsibilities are met. To be flexible, willing, and able to support the administrative elements of the Contract Management operations. There may be a requirement to provide occasional support at other contract depots as part of this role.

• Proven experience in a administration role for at least 12 months.

• Excellent customer service and organisational skills. • Ability to delegate, train, lead and monitor teams, whilst also being a team player.

• Strong IT systems skills and the ability to use MS Office, Mobile devices and Tablets.

• Ability to deal with conflict and negotiate/manage the appropriate outcome.

• Analytical with the ability to measure and monitor data and take appropriate corrective action.

• Able to communicate at all levels, both in verbal & written form.
