Position Overview:
The administrator, under limited supervision, Data Strategy to analyze business and functional requirements and establish processes related to the acquisition, onboarding, and management of internal and external data for data-driven initiatives. Assists in evaluation of business requests to determine requirements, recommend analytic solutions, and communicate the value of data solutions to the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
• Pre-process ceding company statements and raw data, review raw data whether matches statements
• Create new data mapping to communicate raw data fields and system database fields
• Loading and processing premium and claim data in database
• Check data validation (statement to data reconciliation)
• Clean and prepare the Experience Study data, establish IBNR methodology, provide pricing basis, participate in insurance risk monitoring process, check for reasonableness, reconciliation on actual claims, expected claims and exposure data
• Data Support in Pricing Quotation process.
• Review FAC cases and other claim investigation with underwriting
• Extract data and report for valuation team
• Month-end report for finance team
• Communicate with clients on data issues, tracking processing progress and other statement issues (VAT, payment, statement timeline etc.)
• Communicate with headquarters admin team on setting up new product mapping and treaty team on setting up new system treaty information (benefit, product line, retro etc.)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
