Liderar estrategias para cuentas clave que impulsen crecimiento sostenible, relaciones estratégicas y posicionamiento de la organización en procesos de minería.
Responsabilidades
Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de cuenta:
Liderar la definición e implementación de estrategias comerciales para clientes del sector minero, alineadas con los objetivos de negocio y las estrategias del mercado. La posición requiere comprender las tendencias de la industria, así como los factores financieros y operacionales que impulsan el crecimiento y la toma de decisiones de los clientes.
Desarrollo del cliente:
Impulsar el crecimiento sostenible de la cuenta mediante la identificación temprana de necesidades y oportunidades de negocio, anticipándose a los procesos de licitación. Será responsable de fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos de reservas, margen bruto, EBITA y otros indicadores clave de desempeño.
Calificaciones y Experiencia:
- Ingeniero/a civil (titulado/a)
- 15 años de experiencia en proyectos de ingeniería para minería (excluyente).
- Experiencia comprobable en desarrollo de negocios en procesos mineros.
- Experiencia previa como Administrador/a de Contratos.
