Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily checking to regulatory and non-regulatory correspondence
  • Update the correspondence summary report​

  • Communicate with other processing teams to resolve the issue of problem correspondence

  • Raise system request to fix problem correspondence and arrange resending of correspondence

  • Provide back up support to teammates who are on leave
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks if required

Requirements

  • Form 7 and above
  • 1-2 year with administration experience preferred, candidates with basic knowledge of MPF scheme & related regulations would be an advantage
  • Customer oriented, initiative with positive working attitude
  • Good numerical sensitivity and attentive to details
  • Good typing skills (both English and Chinese) and familiar with excel, word
  • Good spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience may consider for the position of Administrator
