- Processing closings received from our broker partners accurately and within agreed time frames
- Matching premium closings with underwriter quotes
- Checking premium calculations
- Entering details accurately into the Underwriting system
- Filing documents in line with agreed document handling criteria
- Data Entry
- CRM management
- Working through inbox of generally set tasks and the occasional project relating to backdating
Requirements
- Graduate of any college or university degree.
- Minimum 2 years insurance experience – commercial insurance preferred
- Must have excellent eye for detail to ensure that data entry is done accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage well with internal referral points.
- The ability to work autonomously but without the fear of asking for help.
- Team player and able to work well under pressure.
- Takes initiative to look out for common requirements that aren't always pointed out within processes.
- Must have strong Admin background.
Work Arrangement
- Work Setup: On-site
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 am flexi start time, should complete nine 9 hours work
