Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Supervisor to oversee daily administrative operations in our fast-paced fintech environment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office management, support cross-functional teams, and help maintain a productive and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the administrative team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
  • Oversee daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, and general maintenance
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate with different departments (Finance, HR, IT, Operations) for administrative support
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements
  • Monitor office budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support company events, meetings, and internal communications
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in administration, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with budgeting and financial tracking
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards
  • Process improvement and problem-solving mindset
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability
