reservations, and transportation coordination for employees and guests.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, conferences, and
employee engagement activities.
- Supervise housekeeping activities and ensure cleanliness, hygiene,
and maintenance of office premises.
- Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance records,
leave details, overtime, and employee data.
- Maintain and monitor late coming, absenteeism, and attendance
records of employees.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office
supplies, maintenance, catering, housekeeping, travel, and other
administrative services.
- Handle and track utility bills, vendor payments,
reimbursements, and other administrative expenses.
- Ensure timely renewal of contracts, subscriptions, and service
agreements.
- Maintain administrative records, invoices, and documentation
accurately.
- Handle office asset management, stationery procurement, and
inventory control.
- Maintain, implement, and monitor SOPs (Standard Operating
Procedures) to ensure smooth and compliant administrative operations.
- Conduct regular checks and updates of SOP documentation and
ensure adherence across departments.
- Support HR and management in day-to-day operational and
administrative tasks.
