The role is expected to carry out the following:
Nursing Duties:
• With critical medical thinking skills and good bedside manner
• Provide basic health care administering first aid where needed and evaluating employees' overall health
• Attend to and follow up all medical-related concerns.
• Administer first aid/nursing intervention to employees.
• Assist patient to nearest hospital due to emergency, if necessary.
• Clinic & Supplies Management
• Monthly medical supplies disbursement, inventory & requisition.
• Aid in medical events and activities.
• Administer first aid/nursing intervention to employees and team members.
• Medical Certificate validation.
• Monitor and update all clinic tracker.
• Safekeep medical records.
• Aid in medical events and activities.
• Dissemination of health-related bulletin frequently.
• Other adhoc tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Office Health and Safety:
• Point of contact / Representative in the workplace with respect to Health & Safety.
• Perform Accident or Incident Investigations.
• Prepare Accident/Incident reports (WAIR/EWAIR).
• Perform safety walk weekly.
• Lead and encourage the employees to participate evacuation drills (fire, earthquake, etc.) and secure accurate
postmortem reports.
• Enforce company policies and procedures and Safety and Health Regulations and Standards.
• Observes work in progress and assure safety equipment is worn and procedures followed.
• Suggests for corrections and follow-up to correct violations.
• Resolves complaints and suggest to management for corrective action
• Ensure employee safety training, classroom lectures, demos and hands-on instruction.
• Review accidents and suggest preventing similar future incidents.
• Execute effective safety, hazard control, and industrial hygiene program (solid waste disposal monitoring).
• Evaluate risks and hazards and suggest for corrective action.
• Assign responsibilities and update safety organizational charts as needed
• Any ad hoc duties as required
Administrative Assistant:
• Provides receptionist services (answering phone calls, sending/receiving fax, assisting visitors, receiving of work-
related parcels or documents, etc.)
• Other tasks related to HR and Admin
Typical Qualifications:
Education:
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing with updated PRC License
• With updated First Aid Training
• With BOSH Certificate
Experience Target
• At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry.
Technical Skills:
• Proficient in the use of MS Tools or Google Suite.
Other Skills:
• Above average written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders, ability to
work in a dynamic environment, and with good interpersonal skills.
Skills Required
