Role OverviewThe Admin Manager will lead and oversee all administrative functions of PalmPay Bangladesh, ensuring smooth daily operations, cost efficiency, and a well-managed workplace environment.
This role is responsible for end-to-end administration, including office management, vendor management, facilities, procurement coordination, employee services, and dormitory management. The position requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to manage multiple administrative functions in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Operations Management- Lead and manage all administrative operations across offices and business units in Bangladesh.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including facilities, utilities, workspace management, and office services.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
- Oversee vendor sourcing, onboarding, negotiation, and performance management.
- Manage contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and vendor compliance.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement of office supplies, services, and operational requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality service delivery.
- Manage office infrastructure, maintenance, security, transportation, and logistics.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment for employees.
- Coordinate office expansion, relocation, and renovation projects when required.
- Oversee company dormitory operations, including accommodation allocation, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure proper living standards, safety, and operational efficiency of dormitory facilities.
- Support employee welfare initiatives and administrative support services.
- Prepare and manage the administration budget.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
- Lead and manage the admin team, setting clear roles, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and other departments to support business operations.
- Ensure timely execution of administrative support for business needs.
- Ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Manage risks related to facilities, vendors, and workplace operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- 7–10 years of experience in administration, office management, or facilities management.
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in hotel, guest house management, fintech, multinational, or fast-growing organizations is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in vendor management, procurement coordination, and dormitory/facilities management is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
