Position: Admin & Content Support

        Duties and Responsibilities

          • Update and maintain website content
          • Upload and organize course materials and call recordings
          • Schedule and manage template emails
          • Organize and maintain digital files and content libraries
          • Assist with long-term projects and backend tasks
          • Organize podcast content for easy access and use
          • Repurpose content for YouTube and short-form videos (reels)
          • Provide general administrative support as needed

          Qualifications

            • Strong organizational skills for managing content and files
            • Detail-oriented and reliable
            • Ability to follow systems and maintain consistency
            • Comfortable handling both admin and creative support tasks

              As you will be working from home, please be advised that we will require you to prepare certain Technical Requirements for you to meet the industry standard.

              • A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions
              • Updated personal computer or laptop with webcam
              • Stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps and a backup of a pocket WiFi or Mobile Data

              Note: This position is part of our candidate pooling. We are building a pool of qualified VAs for upcoming opportunities with our clients. By joining this pool, you will also be considered for future roles as they become available.
