The Administrative Assistant for the Care Coordination supports the department by generating minutes, compiles and prepares reports and/or statistics as directed by the Department Head. She/he will manage inventory, files and update policies and procedures. Will also be responsible for Payroll and maintains weekend/vacation schedules. Schedules meetings and maintains calendar. All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-High School Diploma required.
-College degree preferred.
-Must be computer literate and type 55 words per minutes.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
