Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support daily operations and contribute to the efficiency of our organization. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and capable of managing multiple tasks with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to team members and management

- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars

- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism

- Coordinate meetings, including logistics and materials preparation

- Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy, organized workspace

- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping

- Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
