Performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, assisting in daily group/office needs.

Creates and maintains office documentation and files. (40%)

Schedules conferences/meeting rooms and responds to general inquiries. (25%)

Provides support for employees in business trip planning: hotel, flights, transport reservation. (20%)

Processes basic invoices for payments. (15%)

Other duties as assigned.
About you:

Associate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred

One to two years of experience

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Strong communication skill
