OVERVIEW
This position works closely with the Executive Assistant and the Senior Management Team and provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks which are to be done in an organized and efficient manner. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists Vice President of Business Administration and the Campus Administrative Coordinator with a variety of duties
- Answer telephone and takes message, transfers to voice mail or provides callers with appropriate information.
- May assist with other related clerical duties to include photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
- Coordinates materials, conference room space, reservations and lunches for training and recruiting meetings
- Campus administration to include stocking kitchens and validating the offices are in order
- Supply ordering for the campus and for branch locations across the country
- Create and Develop Employee Appreciation Initiatives
- Assists with onboarding new employees in the Administration Department

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
